Big Sis: What 100 Pennies Can Buy



What can you really buy for a dollar these days? Maybe a bottle of water, a bag of chips, a candy bar, and I guess pretty much everything from the dollar store. But, none of these compare to the return on investment you’ll get when you spend a dollar on e.l.f. Shimmering Facial Whip. 
I put it on my cheek bones, inner corners of eyes, and brow bones to add a shimmering pink glow to all the right places. This bargain makeup wonder is available at Target and comes in 5 colors. My favorite is Lilac Petal.
